The Fish Club allows the customer to select the fish they require from the wet fish counter and the chef will cook to the preference.

Apart from the ‘eating’ counter with stools the shop is an open-fronted establishment with a ‘bright and lively’ atmosphere.
The choices include deep fried (in an assortment of high quality batters), pan fried, grilled, sautéed, steamed, whatever.

Should the customer prefer to take the fresh fish home the chef will instruct them in the best way to prepare and cook the product.
Only the freshest fish will be used so the menu will change daily.

James has also perfected his own method of cooking ‘hand cut’ chips again using only the highest quality produce. Potato accompaniments are not to be limited to chips, mash and boiled potatoes etc. are also available. To accompany the meals the Fish Club creates its own sauces (available to purchase in jars) and there is a selection of fresh salads.

Along with more traditional fish
we offer all manner of seafoodoysters, squid, shellfish, sushi, etc. These can be taken home or eaten at a bar counter whilst the customer is waiting for their order (all the meals will be cooked freshly to order so there will be a certain waiting time). Whilst waiting for the meal the customer can partake of a limited selection of wines or a nice cold beer.

Base on our Australian experience our staff are well trained in their knowledge of our products and
great emphasis is put on establishing a friendly customer relationship.

The décor, with its pebble effect glass flooring, creates an invigorating oceanfront theme and along with our bright, informative staff, a lively enviroment is created for our customers.

A great deal of work has gone onto the ideal container for our products. They are custom made, designed to keep the meal in best possible condition until it arrives home.
